Delivery time to anywhere varies from 2 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation.
Remembering that we inform the tracking code of all products that are ordered with the shipping option WITH tracking code at the time of shipping selection.
Tracking codes take 5 to 10 business days to be passed on from our suppliers to you, the customer.
We will refund the amount related to purchases made that are lost or that exceed 90 days after confirmation of payment for delivery.
The deadline varies according to the agility of the Post Office and customs, but it usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks on average. The deadline for delivery is up to 5 weeks.
After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the couriers are not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers. Confirming that there is a problem in the logistics of your order, we will make a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.
It is important that you provide the means to carry out the delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if they are not removed within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.
Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered in less than 30 days after posting.
If the order is 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate shipments and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
We ask you to be careful when filling in the delivery address to ensure that it is made within the established period. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, because within that period the product is already separated for shipment.
Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of postal services.
Completion of the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of attempted delivery by the Post Office without result, remaining at the agency available to be picked up, but not being returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of resending, the delivery period will be valid from the date of this confirmation, which will be registered in the order register.
