RETURN BY REPENTANCE
The deadline for returning a product due to purchase regret is 7 days from receipt of the order. After 07 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
To be able to make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the box in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing, not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (when applicable)
Once the return item is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or purchase payment method within a few days.

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before posting a refund.

All merchandise purchased through our store is guaranteed within the legal terms of the consumer protection code for durable and non-durable products. The buyer can request a replacement for the defective product, a credit coupon in the same amount as the product to purchase another item in the store, or a refund of the payment. FREIGHT
To return the product, whether due to purchase regret, warranty, or gift exchange, you must send it to the address indicated via Email or WhatsApp. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer as we provide free shipping.
